The Event Registration system has been designed to allow interested researchers to join TFC events. If you would like to join one of our events, please register with us by following the instructions below.
Event Registration Instructions
- Please enter your e-mail address into the box located at the bottom of the main page of each TFC event.
- A confirmation e-mail, including a link to the registration page, will be sent to your registered e-mail address from “email@example.com”.
Please access the link in the email within 3 hours.
If you cannot access within 3 hours, you will see the following message on the registration page.
The link you’re trying to access has expired. Please start the registration process again from the beginning.

- Step 1: After following the link to the registration page, please fill out the registration form for the event in which you would like to participate, and click the “NEXT” button.
- Step 2: Please confirm that the registration information is correct, and click “NEXT” button if there are no problems.
- Step 3: The registration process is now complete. A confirmation e-mail will be sent to the registered e-mail address. If you would like to edit your registration information, please login from the link in the confirmation email.
Check / Edit the Registration Information
- Please fill out the ID and Password in the form below from “Login Page”, and click the “LOGIN” button.
- Please click the “EDIT” button at the bottom of the page and repeat the Step 1 to 3.
