How To Analyze the Metabolome Information: Nutrition
Information
Diet is an important determinant of health. However, it is little known which component affects health, i.e., there is a black box between nutrition and phenotypes. Recently, metabolome analysis is applied to population health. We would like to exchange our knowledge how to analyze the metabolome information in this session.
