Report of the Survey on Co-operative Research between Mathematics and Other Research Fields

The “Report of the Survey on Co-operative Research between Mathematics and Other Research Fields” was written by the Tohoku Forum for Creativity. The survey was commissioned by the Japanese Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology (MEXT) in 2015, and carried out by the Survey Committee, whose mission is to survey global trends in co-operative research between mathematics and other research fields, and to provide guidelines for developing mathematics research in Japan.
