How to utilize metabolome analysis in cohort studies?

Information

Recently, information on genome or metabolome was incorporated in prospective cohort studies. Metabolome will clarify the pathway from genome to phenotypes. Both Lifelines cohort and Tohoku Medical Megabank (TMM) Project obtain information on gene, metabolome, and phenotypes. In this program, we will present about recent collaborative study between Lifelines and TMM Project, and progress of Lifelines, and progress of TMM project. We will discuss how to connect omics information with health information? How to analyze them? and How to feedback these information to the society?
