[Theme2] Designing a Future Society in Harmony with Marine Ecosystems
Information
As marine pollution and overfishing become increasingly severe, achieving a sustainable coexistence between the ocean and humanity has become a major societal challenge. In recent years, climate change has further exacerbated these issues.
“Designing a Future Society in Harmony with Marine Ecosystems” will explore key themes such as “harmonizing marine development and environmental conservation,” “advancing the marine industry,” and “future challenges and solutions for the ocean.” Through workshops, participants will engage in concrete discussions to collaboratively design a future society that fosters coexistence with the ocean.
