Harnessing Longitudinal and Multigenerational Data for the Future of Healthcare

This symposium brings together researchers from Japan and abroad to explore how longitudinal, multigenerational, and large-scale biomedical data can shape the future of healthcare. It will examine the potential of big data in medical and healthcare research, including the development and analysis of large whole-genome datasets, while considering how cohort studies can deepen our understanding of health and disease across the life course and between generations.
By connecting population-based research, genomic analysis, and diverse cohort data, the symposium aims to foster interdisciplinary discussion and identify new strategies for disease prevention, risk assessment, and future healthcare research.
