The 2023 Workshop on “Designing a Digital × Sustainable Society” : Weaving New Networks of Interdependency with Forests and Oceans
Information
The foundation of a sustainable society is formed in the environmental domain where humans and nature interact, and the industry closest to nature is the primary industry. The workshop will focus on the forestry and fishery industries, which are closely related to the rich natural resources of the forests and oceans, in order to visualize the invisible connections/networks between the forests and oceans, and to propose ways to create new connections/networks. In order to examine the above issues from various perspectives, this workshop will attempt to make proposals by connecting Minamisanriku, Sendai, and Tokyo Electron online.
