Health care, biomedical research, and public health have entered the digital age. With these developments come revolutionary opportunities to improve the health of individuals and populations. This program will envision how a single information infrastructure for the Tohoku region will improve health care quality, catalyze biomedical research, and elevate public health interventions to new levels of effectiveness and make the region a model for Japan and the rest of the world.
